Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the terms under which Stackwise issues refunds for one-time plan purchases. By purchasing any Stackwise plan, you agree to the terms below.

1. Plan purchases

All Stackwise plans are sold as one-time purchases (3 months, 12 months, or lifetime). There are no recurring charges and no auto-renewals · you pay once for the term of the plan you choose.

14-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original payment date. After 14 days, plan purchases are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

2. One-time purchases

One-time purchases (such as add-on credits, premium templates, or consulting services) are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the purchased product or service has not been substantially used or delivered.

3. Non-refundable items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Used or consumed credits and add-ons
  • Custom development or integration work that has been delivered
  • Plan fees beyond the 14-day money-back window
  • Third-party fees (payment processing, currency conversion)

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund, please email stackwisecloud@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • The order or invoice number
  • The reason for your refund request

Refund requests are typically reviewed within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Stackwise after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
