Terms of Service

Stackwise is a cloud-based inventory management platform that provides real-time stock tracking, supplier management, purchase orders, analytics, and AI-powered forecasting tools for businesses of all sizes.

To use the Service you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.

Stackwise plans are sold as one-time purchases. You pay once for the term of the plan you choose (3 months, 12 months, or lifetime) and your access does not auto-renew. When a fixed-term plan ends, you may purchase a new plan to continue access.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. By providing payment information, you authorize us and our payment provider to charge the applicable fees, including any taxes.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to Stackwise (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and warrant that you have the necessary rights to upload and process it through the Service.

The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by Stackwise and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you except as expressly set forth in these Terms.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stackwise and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Stackwise during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Service or other users.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Germany.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
